they have been talking about 5 figure payhecks. they will photocopy the paycheque, laminate it and show to agents/downlines/potential recruitment.
as you may realise, most of their 5 figure paychecks are during the stage of car incentive. how come? allow me to explain.
scenario 1,
aq is going for car incentive. the quota is $90,000 cash sales. after force sell to his relatives/friends/downlines' relatives/friends, aq still facing $50,000 quota in the last stage. let with no other choice, he 'borrowed' $50,000 from parents/friends to become car achiever.
assumming his sales commission is 30%, then 30% of $50,000 will be $15,000. his pay cheque will be 5 figure.. impressive? haha.
when people asked, do you think aq will tell people that he borrowed $50,000 to become a car achiever? or will he tell others that he fought geniune sales? you know the answer.
scenario 2,
vin is aq upline. if aq committed $50,000 on his last stage, vin will get overriding commission.
assuming the total override commission is 20%, then 20% of $50,000 will be $10,000. wow, another 5 figure pay cheque!
when people asked, do you think vin will tell people that aq borrowed $50,000 to become car achiever and thats how he got his $10,000? or will he tell others that he trained a car achiever, thats why he has $10,000? haha. you know the answer pretty well.

as you can see by now, they need large sales turnover for 5 figure paycheque. these sales turnover come from where?
1) use own money to buy up the sales.
2) ask downline to buy up the sales.
PS: recently, some premier pure agents said we are not credible. why are we not credible and their managers are credible? because their managers said so. lol !!

this blog totally gave the real situations happening in VE last time. i left in 2009 after years there. however i am more interested in how those so-call top leaders steven, kit & dewey are doing now. as in how much their paycheck is per month, what cars they driving now (as i heard dewey z4 car was towed away in 2010) and so on. only then can u give readers the present picture of what is happening behind closed doors in PP. looking forward to your nxt post.

ReplyDeleteI think this 5 figure paycheck and being a car achiever has got a lot to do with most premier pure managers' narrow minded definition of success.
ReplyDeleteMost of them will link success with money and cars and houses. However, new distributors should not be pressurised to think the same way.
There are actually people who link success with respect, providing value to others, self fulfilment.
Me? I link my success to creating a more ethical and professional marketing system as opposed to pressuring agents to buy up, harass friends and family, or do surveys in public places. sometimes these unprofessional methods the do make commissions for the agents but leaves them feeling unaccomplished and not learning anything thats useful. Many end up quitting without learning something thats useful beyond premier pure.
Car Incentive and 5 Figure Paycheck is definitely a nice thing to have. But if one have to sacrifice business ethics, friends and family, and respect to achieve these things, I think its very shallow minded and unintelligent.

I went for the briefing recently. They started off by telling us how much they earn blah blah blah the cars they drive. Obviously, for me, it sounded too fishy, too good to be true, so I researched on them and stumbled across this site. However, the other people I went with were more naive. I was very skeptical, because they didn't show us the flip side of the coin, which is obviously what they are trained to do as they are selling the job. To us. but the others, bring young, fresh out of school, like me, bought all the crap they had to say. Stupid really, no such thing as easy money, and furthermore, helping this stupid company generate income.

It's products certification and rather more skeptical bout these commenters that hide under such anonymity...pls do give facts not grandfathers stories and extensive research results if you are to deem the products unreliable...I'm not saying that I support pp, I just doubt what you commenters say as well as what pp says...I need solid evidence not just through rumors, or your so called "experience" that I can't really certify whether is it true...so?

ReplyDeletePart 1: Encounter.
Came across premier pure when I was invited down to a seminar at Fullerton hotel by a friend of mine. I was totally impressed by the energy produced by the crowd of bout 300+ pax, it was grand and I think it was their annual grand seminar. I saw alot of ppl around my age all dressed up looking smart and executive, and I was like thinking this seems to be a company that I could join and work with.
I gave myself n my friend a chance, and went to the main office located at Bugis street above KFC to meet up with my friend to take a look at what the company is dealing with. As it was packed with many people, I waited for about 30mins before we could start the orientation on the product. They shared with me about a water system that produced alkaline water with calcium in it, and the water it produced was impressive with many benefits and usage! Next I was showed a business plan that allows me to make money and achieve things as I climb up the positions ESP having a car to drive when I get to a manager position! That is definitely a convincing point for me to take up the opportunity! So I decided to give it a shot, since the product is good and the progress is good too.
I went for the basic training where I got to know more of the other products, like the magnetic therapy bed (premiermag) and collagen (collagenone), products was fantastic and the salt test was convincing! Immediately I knew this product could benefit my parents as they don really have a healthy lifestyle esp my mom having lots of aches and stuff! So I decided to share with them what I'm getting into. My mom supported me by getting a queen bed after i spoke to her. My friend who was a SSE of the company encouraged me, so I continue to fix more appointment with the rest of my relatives and even friend's parents.
Part 2: MY IDOL
After clinching a few deals, I was introduced to Ms Jasmine - 1 of the top associate manager in the company by my Sales Manager. I was really impressed by her journey in this business since she join this industry in year 2003.
She was a very low confident girl and soft spoken and throughout the journey she became more confident, outspoken and even driving a brand new BMW hardtop Z4 now. She's like my idol, being so much more successful then the rest of the leaders as they are just driving some sedans that looked quite old.
But something happened around may - she left the company. I asked around to find out what happen to her and i found out that she join her previous upline in the property industry, and all i got next was alot of nasty comments and feedbacks about her. The seniors now says that she's useless and she don know how to do alot of things etc.., and now im confused - initially i was told how great she was and next when she left, she's totally useless.
So, she left because she don't make money? or she left when she's making money? Nevertheless,i continued to press on to aim for what i want to achieve though, since there's promotion given for the quota.
Part 3: SHOCKING NEWS
ReplyDeleteOne day, my uncle who works in ST called me and asked me down to his office in AMK. When i met him, he showed me a gauss meter and started testing the pillow pad's magnet strength which i sold to him. And the results turned out to be below 700 gauss!
I went back to office and i started questioning my seniors and requested for an refund, but i was rejected as the gauss is still above 550 gauss. I felt so angry because they promised products with gauss strength of 1000 gauss(5% tolerance), warrantied for 20 years for strength not falling below 550 gauss - im stuck in between with a product sold for less than a month! My SOM brush me off by saying that the company have certs to prove and good products is not required to be tested, and i should TRUST, BELIEVE, FOLLOW.
I felt so stupid for not checking the details carefully and ashamed of myself for selling a lower quality product to my relatives intead of delivering what they were told. I told my uncle what my seniors said, and he told me that a gauss meter is not that expensive to own, so the company should be able to have 1 to show customer whenever requested. I went to google search and realize that for less than $500 u could have a decent portable gauss meter! So if Premier Pure is making so much money as the claimed, why aren't they investing on at least 1 gauss meter? or is it because they long know that the magnet's strength was not 1000 gauss as they claimed, and therefore can't show it to customers? I QUIT with shame to my relatives and friends who trusted and supported me. So, i urged everyone who is been approached by Premier Pure please beware! I heard they shifted to South Bridge Road, near Chinatown Point recently!
Anyway i'm writing this because i came across certain comments and videos recently so to share with more people bout my story, and to prevent more innocent victims. The links are below:
