Seminar - the mass brainwash session!

Have you ever wonder why venture era need to spend around $5000 for a night in conrad hotel?

If one of the agents is so motiviated to fight for ME, the company would have pocket more than $10,000... so is the $5000 investment worth it? yes!

The seminar is always a good time to firm down agents, motivated them and set them to fight for new targets. I think most agents will be bluffed by the illusion setup during seminars, especially those who never attend such rallies before in their life.

As usual, there will be award presentation going on, and the whole idea is to make you feel JEALOUS, making you think that you can also DO IT. Haha.. thats the whole plot to make you FIGHT for sales. LOL!

There will also be leaders recognition, aka car achievers, bgm, bam, sam etc etc. Its the same idea, thats to make them look like IDOL... and those inspired to be like IDOLS will fight for that position. HAHA.

There will also be consultants or COO to round things up. As for the COO speech, its always the same old pattern. He will always said that there are outsiders wanted to bring down Venture Era blah blah blah, and we should be united to fight back such forces. HAHAHA... a very very cheap and low standard way to fire up distributors fighting spirits. They will always say like we should help more sick people around us.. and our products are good and helpful right? We wanted our loves ones to retire early.. right? We should go for our dreams and dont let those dream stealers from stealing away our dreams! blah blah blah... all those cheap motivation talks to rally for more sales!

Now, you will know why those in VE are so against people who left VE? thats right, those cheapo consultants and COO brainwashing speeches.

Most agents will be influenced by consultants/COO speeches because they are such a good talker. Remember, they have 10-20 years of talking experience. They cant do much thing except to TALK!

Well, if you work with these people for years, you will realise they are NO ACTIONS TALK ONLY. thats what they are being paid for. If they are so good, why are they hanging on to their pathetic basic pay? They said before that basic pay is NO GOOD! LOL!

Make use of you!

Seriously, do you think the sales leaders really want to help you? really want you to get promoted? really treat you so nice and friendly?

The truth is.. they need your sales to get commision, they need your sales to achieve their car incentives, qualify car fund etc etc. why we say that?

Because most of the sales leaders DO NOT have any personal sales to achieve their targets. Do BAM and SAM still have many personal sales every month? NO! They only submit 72pv every month as standing orders and nothing more.

Do you think those BM going for car incentives can achieve 60,000pv in 3 months using personal sales? NO! they need your sales to achieve their incentive.

Do you think those BGM with cars can achieve 15,000pv personal sales to maintain their car fund? NO! they need your sales!

BUT how are they going to get more sales out from you without telling you that they need the sales??

SIMPLE. by motivating you to go for your dreams! they will encourage you why you should be a SE, ME , MM, BM etc etc. They will tell you that VE is the place that you can be rich and successfully (which is FAKE). When you are motivated and wanted to go for your dreams, they will be appear to be nice to help you achieve whatever you want! Thats how you ended up volunteerily going for sales appointment!

What happen when you are not going for more sales appointment and recruitment, they will COFFEE SESSION you. thats right! arranging someone senior or 'respectable' (oversell someone who isnt as good as they seem to be) to encourage and light up your fighting spirit.

If you really not motivated or really realise that you are being made use.. you decided to be inactive or leave the company... they will start to paint you as a lousy losers who quit.. someone that cant overcome obstables.. someone that is negative or being spread negative. basically, they will paint you as a very very bad person should you become inactive or leave the company.

Why do that do that? because if they dont do that, other distributors may find out the truth that this company only sucks their loves one monies! So, the sales leaders will come out fake stories and lies to cover up the truth why you left the company.

Thats how they use lies to build and protect their downlines from leaving or even knowing the truth.

BAM/SAM really earn money? NO!

Have you ever being motivated by sales leaders that BAM (business assoociate manager) have monthly 5 figures paycheck?

Well... do you really believe in it? I think you should believe when you saw that they are driving BMW or Benz.

The truth is... NO. maybe only 1 or 2 months yes.. and the rest of the months.. they are losing money.

Allow us to show you. We shall use a real scenario on one of the 3 BAM (one of them is SAM).

Stev_n Ho is a BAM. He is driving a benz that cost him $2000 every monthly. plus his personal expense etc etc... his monthly expense is at least $2500.

Doing calculation with S H A salesturnover and BAM payout, we concluded that as a BAM since 2007.. he at most have 5 figures monthly paycheck ONCE and most of the months below $2000. Some of the months can be as low as $1000 and below. dont believe?

2009 May turnover, S H A salesturnover around 35,000 pv in which only at most 50% are full payment. So, only 17,500 pv x 3%+2% (BAM and BGM-to-BGM overriding commission) = $875. He may have 3 shares of car fund.. which is estimated around $600. So in total.. his estimated paycheck is $600+$875 = $1475!

Remeber his expenses? $2500 monthly? Well.. he lost $1000 that month.

From our data, the whole of 2008 and 2009, S H A monthly turnover hit rock bottom.. So we expected that he lose money every month just to maintain the benz and personal expenses. Can that 1 x 5-figure paycheck cover 18 months of continuous losses? We dont think so.. beside.. that 5-figures paycheck at most is only $10,000 based on calculation.



What about the other BAM? that botak Dewe_ Ho? Well.. his D H A salesturnover hit rock bottom in 2007... and his expenses are higher than Stev_n Ho. Dewe_ Ho is driving a BMW Z4.. that cost him around $3000 monthly with petrol, insurance and roadtax etc. Plus his personal expenses.. his lowest monthly expenses is around $3500. So in 2007, he lost around $35,000. In 2008, he had 1-2 months achieving 5-figure paycheck.. but not enough to cover 2007 losses.

In 2009, D H A turnover slide down again... with 2009 May being the hardest hit.. less than 20,000 pv! So based on simple maths.. from 2007 to 2009.. he lost money rather than earn money!




What about the highest position? SAM? Well.... he did lose alot of money in the early days in VE. We think as SAM now, he should be OK. OK as in.. dont really earn much after minus away his car ($2800) and other expenses. K T A all the while isnt doing well compared to the other 2 associates.. so he dont really earn from most BAM payout. We think he barely survive with his SAM payout.. thats a 1-3% from monthly company turnover. Meaning... 1-3% x 2009 May VE turnover = $600 to $1800. So.. with his SAM payout plus a bit here and there, he should able to barely cover his monthly expenses.


Maybe some of you may not believe in what we wrote. Its ok... I think you should ask your BAM to show you ALL their monthly paycheck statement from 2007 to 2009. I dont think they will. They will only show you some of the months when their paychecks are high and hide many of the months that are super low!

Then how do they survive all these years? well.. thats explained why some of them have debts with many banks. Some survived from getting money from CEO or company.

Parent sales appointments!

Do you ever heard many times they want to encourage you to go for sales appointment.. they tell you to have benefit mindset?

well... lets expose the truth.

1. They will explain about the products benefits.. how it able to help or improve certain illness or condition. the truth is.. there is no records or endorsement from ministry of health or revelant ministries that these products can improve or help.

2. After they share about the products benefits etc.. they will ask you whether anyone around you have such illness or condition which can be helped or improved from using VE products.

3. Once you tell them someone may need this product, they will start their emotional approach by questioning how much you love that someone. For simple explaination, we will show you a scenario.

Lets say your father have diabetes and they get to know about it. they will say question how much you love your father.. are you filial? do you want your father to recover or improve? do you want to help your father?

well... what will be your reply? obvious yes! you want to help your father!

thats where they will say something like... well VE product can help your father. they will selling you how VE product able to help your father.. they will show you TESTIMONIALS. Once you are convinced that the products can help your father.. they will start to get you to fix an appointment with your father.

they will do something like... well since your father can be benefit from this product and you are so filial, i think we can invite your father to the company for a PULSE ANALYSIS or free medical checkup. Should you really get your father down for an appointment, your sales leaders will throw every lies to convince your father to buy the products!

They may not use pulse anaylsis approach but they will also said something like they will go back with you to meet your father so that you can benefit your father with the products!

Normally, they will cover up their desperate for sales with something like this: Well.. we will let your parents know the benefit of the products. We wont force them to buy if they dont want to buy... we are just educating your parents. Should your parents wanted to buy one day.. they will buy from you. But if you dont share with them the benefits.. they will buy from others since they dont know what product you are marketing.

If you really believe in what they said and arrranged the appointment... they will go all way out to close the sales. Why? they are being taught that there wont be a 2nd chance to close sales again should they leave the house !!!



Some sales leaders will use something like parents visitation to talk to your parents.. but actually, they will try to sell products to them when they are in the house!

Some sales leaders will use the approach of parential consent form to get to meet your parents. They will say that you need a parential consent before you can start in VE.. and since you are new and cant explain to your parents.. they will help you talk to your parents! haha.. then they will try to sell products as well!

Low demands for VE products!

Have you ever wonder hows the market demands for VE products?

After so many years of marketing the products.. we dare to say.. its extremely low.

Why?

1. The price of the products made alot of people unreachable. Most average people bought the products because their son/daughter or relatives are the distributors.. otherwise.. they wont buy such EXPENSIVE and extremely price marked up products.

2. 9 years of marketing in singapore, how many customers stay with VE for long? I think your fingers are enough to count.. How many repeat sales? very little... mostly they dont want you to go up to sell them again! VE always cover up with excuses like distributors didnt do a good customer services.. thats why there isnt repeat sales. WRONG! there isnt much demand for the products in the first place and most customers bought because the seller is their children or relative!

3. There are many similiar products in the market that can replaced VE products at a cheaper retail price. When your selling price already lose out to your competitors by huge margin.... even if there are demands.. you wont be the one supplying!

4. There are huge demands for health and wellness products! True but not true for VE products. As we said, there are thousands of health and wellness products in the market.. many are similiar or even better than VE's at a cheaper price. Other than using MLM (aka sell to your parents and relatives) ways.. VE products cant really move into the open market.

Buy up positions and sales!

What is sales buy up in VE? It means that you fork out your own money to buy the products so that you can reach a position faster.

Its a terrible practice in VE and alot of people are being cheated. How do they get your money? Today, we will exposed their way of doing in simple step by step explaination.

1. They will make you belive that VE is a good opportunity and you will succeed in VE.

2. They will motivate you that become a SE, you can start to do recruitment. Become a ME, you can collect your ME badge at some prestige event. Become a MM, you can get more recognition, wear a blazer that make yourself look good and attend managers training (crap training to be honest).

3. They will make you envy those distributors who achieved their position. How to make you envy them? By making those promoted distributors look like heroes! Let those promoted distributors make some speech on the stage and then received good applause or recognition from the sales leaders.

4. Once they sensed that you are very motivated and wanted to achieve the position, they will encourage you to go for sales appointment or sales buy up if you have the money.

5. They will explain that sales buy up means to stock up products now and sell later. They will convince you with lies that you will able to sell the products later. Get promotion first because the deadline for promotion is near! or.. special promotion for products is ending soon! or.. there is a reduced LV for certain position is ending soon! please buy time and pay CASH NOW !

6. Once you believed that its worthwhile to buy time and pay cash now, you either fork out money from your bank or they will convince you to borrow money from your parents or relatives. They may even talk to your parents directly and convince them to buy up for you.

7. Once you submit the money to the company and 'achieved' your position, they will use you as a successful example to CONVINCE more people to buy up like you. Remember STEP 3? congrats.. you had followed the earlier batch of people being convinced to buy up sales.

8. By now, they will encourage you to recruit more friends to join you. They will say doing recruitment and sales concurrently will be faster. Sound logical? yup but what happen to all the stocks you bought? the stocks are stucked at home and nobody is helping you to sell them away. Do you know how to sell them away? maybe not

9. You will either pretend didnt see those products stuck at home or you will be busily doing recruitment until you forgotten those products. Or maybe you will be busy with alot of activities that they planned for you, example crap trainings and brainwashing groupings.

10. When you finally realise that after forking out so much money to buy up and those products are stuck at home.. you may take some time to clear those products (which is highly unlikely because you are selling to your relatives and friends!). You may quit the company, cursed at the people who bluffed you to buy up.. and regret not believing our advice. Or you may not quit but stay in the company because you have some downlines with you... and you felt responsible to stay with them despite the unhappy experience you went through. Worse, you may become like those selfish and evil leaders... you will encourage your downlines to sales buy up.. just like you!


Remember, if someone buys up but unable to sell.. they lose money! if someone buys up products that has little demand in the market.. they lose money too!

76% total payout? Wrong!!

Lets look at Venture Era business plan (compensation plan).

1. VE claimed to payout more than 76% to distributor. WRONG ! The correct figure is less than 33% !

why? lets take an example Fresh Air. It has 1080 PV and distributor price of S$2600.

76% payout means 76% x 1080 PV = $821

However, the distributor get the fresh air from ve at $2600, which means the company kept $1779 ($2600 - $821).

So, for every Fresh Air sold, the distributors at best get $821 (31% of distributor price) while company get $1779 (69% of distributor price).

Dont forget, the 31% payout is distributed by so many distributors.. SE, ME, MM, BM, BGM, BAM, SAM etc etc. So who earn the most in MLM system? ONLY THE COMPANY DIRECTORS !

Well, VE always come out with excuses like logistic costs etc etc.. thats why they need to get 69% of the cash collection. Seriously, if the payout for distributor is so good... we think the company directors would have become distributors instead of setting up a MLM company.. right?

Remember what the sales consultants always said? MLM IS A GOOD BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES !

If the business plan is that good... the sales consultants would have become distributors.. rather than became consultants getting basic salaries !

Car incentive & car fund!

Car Incentive and Car Fund.... lets find out the truth !

There are 2 car incentive in venture era, premium and luxury. lets talk about premium since BM can only go for that incentive.

To achieve premium car incentive, you need to complete 60,000 PV in 3 months. thats about 56 units of Fresh Air, $145,000 CASH COLLECTION. What do VE give back in return? a mere $5,000 downpayment for your car... pathetic? $5,000 out of the $145,000 cash collected.


Upon getting your car, you can qualify for the Car fund. car fund is taken out from company monthly turnover of 8%. is it alot? is the sales leader really earning money from driving those BMW etc ? NO!

lets do some simple maths.

2009 May VE sales turnover : 70,000 PV. Car fund : 8% x 70,000 PV = $5,600.

$5,600 is being shared by how many car achievers with cars on the road ? more than 10 !

that means each only get $560 ! OMG! that cant even covered the roadtax and insurance cost ! the cost of maintaining a BMW is at least $1,500 monthly !

what if some car achievers get more than $560? that means some car achivers get less than $560 or even $0! Why $0? because to qualify for car fund, the BGM car achiever must minimum achieved 15,000 PV ($36,000 cash) monthly or else they get nothing !


Some common VE excuses to cover up the truth.

1. Oh.. the sales turnover will increase.. so the car fund will eventually be more.

Truth: the average VE monthly sales turnover is only 80,000 PV to 140,000 PV. 140,000 PV only produce $11,200 car fund. Each car achiever get only $1,120 to maintain their car.. is it enough? NO! a normal BMW cost at least $1500 monthly while some cars like Z4 need $3000 monthly !

2. The maths calculation has no logic ! if thats the case, how come our leaders still driving those cars ?

Truth: Most of the car achievers are in DEBTS. They borrowed money through credit cards and bank loans to maintain their car when they cant qualify for car funds. Some of them borrowed money from families to keep the car. Some of them borrowed money from VE CEO or company.

3. If I'm a premium car achiever and come out a japanese brand car, it wont cost much right?

Truth: the cost of a normal japanese car like honda jazz is $1000 monthly. If you can qualify car fund EVERY month for the NEXT 10 YEARS, then you are on the right track. Otherwise, you lose money... and truth is, NO car achievers,BAM and SAM has qualified EVERY month in the history of VE.

Products extremely overpriced!

Venture Era products are mostly imported from Taiwan and some possibly China. Lets look at their products.

Cal Ion Series :
Series of ionic calcium supplements. Ionic calcium supplements are commonly found in the market through different brandings. Venture Era claimed to sole distribute Cal Ion Plus in Singapore. Look at their retail price compared to other companies selling the SAME cal ion plus in different packaging around the region.

Retail price of Cal Ion Plus in VE : S$236

Retail price of Cal Ion Plus in China : S$80 ++

Retail price of Cal Ion Plus in Taiwan : S$45 ++

As you can see, VE retail price is extremely overpriced. We have demanded VE CEO to explain about this but so many years had passed, he failed to convince us why the price is over mark up. There is only one reason.. thats to make MORE MONEY at the expense of our consumers. who are the consumers? our parents, relatives and friends !!



Lets look at the Magnergy Magnetic series. Do you know?

the cost of importing magnetic bracelet (stainless steel / titatium) into singapore is only S$10 - S$20?

VE bracelet is selling at $248 for stainless steel and S$310 for titanium !

what do you think about the cost of bringing sleeping system into singapore? its less than $300 for queen size (deluxe) and VE is selling at S$3133 !



Lets look at Fresh Air series products.

Fresh Air in VE : S$3120 !!




CalStar Premiere.

Do you know? Calstar premiere dont produce Cal Ion Water! Calstar premiere is not from the same manufacturer of Cal Ion Series products. Thats why, when you use VE water testing kit to test calstar water, its not even alkaline !

Do you know? the manufacturer of cal ion series have their own calstar that is much better than VE calstar premiere.. and they are only selling at S$900 in Singapore !


Some may believe in the excuses that VE come out with to 'justified' the extreme mark up prices. Some may already brainwashed to believe in everything that VE says. Well, thats not our problems because they are the ones that will bang the wall. :P
