If one of the agents is so motiviated to fight for ME, the company would have pocket more than $10,000... so is the $5000 investment worth it? yes!
The seminar is always a good time to firm down agents, motivated them and set them to fight for new targets. I think most agents will be bluffed by the illusion setup during seminars, especially those who never attend such rallies before in their life.
As usual, there will be award presentation going on, and the whole idea is to make you feel JEALOUS, making you think that you can also DO IT. Haha.. thats the whole plot to make you FIGHT for sales. LOL!
There will also be leaders recognition, aka car achievers, bgm, bam, sam etc etc. Its the same idea, thats to make them look like IDOL... and those inspired to be like IDOLS will fight for that position. HAHA.
There will also be consultants or COO to round things up. As for the COO speech, its always the same old pattern. He will always said that there are outsiders wanted to bring down Venture Era blah blah blah, and we should be united to fight back such forces. HAHAHA... a very very cheap and low standard way to fire up distributors fighting spirits. They will always say like we should help more sick people around us.. and our products are good and helpful right? We wanted our loves ones to retire early.. right? We should go for our dreams and dont let those dream stealers from stealing away our dreams! blah blah blah... all those cheap motivation talks to rally for more sales!
Now, you will know why those in VE are so against people who left VE? thats right, those cheapo consultants and COO brainwashing speeches.
Most agents will be influenced by consultants/COO speeches because they are such a good talker. Remember, they have 10-20 years of talking experience. They cant do much thing except to TALK!
Well, if you work with these people for years, you will realise they are NO ACTIONS TALK ONLY. thats what they are being paid for. If they are so good, why are they hanging on to their pathetic basic pay? They said before that basic pay is NO GOOD! LOL!

And I've not deducted the retail profit given to the agent.
And also not the payout to the uplines.
Lastly, the sales cash isn't even $10,000.
So where does your five-figure pocket money come from, you mind explaining??

ReplyDeleteGuess what when i was having my uni break I went for the so called "interview" at Ve Group, because i believe one of my ass hole exclassmate sold/lent/gave me number to one of the employer in the company, so i decided to take a look after this guy (cant remb his name, Ivan was it?) called me.
I went, and next was the most HORRENDOUS, well literately brainwashing session. First was this guy trying to talk to me, showing me arnd the company and "NSAS CERTIFIED PRODUCTS" etc, then he came to know i am in NUS, quickly pulled this lady over and introduced me to her, telling me eagerly how she is a grad from NUS as well and doing sooo goooood in the company.
Ok, I see. I listen passively, but i was losing my patience, because my instinct told me this is a freaking MLM, and they refuted me. HAHAHA. They said it is not, and gaveme some crap explaination.
The best part to come, when the lady tried to demostrate some products to me. This weird water filter thing, got no freaking idea what was added to it- was it the calcium water thing? It SMELLS ABSOLUTELY FISHY AND PUNGENT TO TASTE, AND THEY CLAIMED WHAT EVER YOU TASTE THE MOMENT YOU DRINK IT REFLECTS WHICH PART OF YOUR BODY IS IN TROUBLE.
oh did i mention my kidneys are working perfectly fine still?
Then she used the water (room temperature) and added tea leaves to it. OMFG the water turned red instantly. ROOM TEMPT WATER COULD MAKE TEA LEAVES OPEN UP AND VOLIA- you got a "delicious" cup of chinese tea.
I asked her why so. And she explained that this water molecules are smaller as compared to normal water, hence the tea can be made at normal room tempt.
WTF?! I literately ROFL, didnt care when she looked slightly uneasy as i went on laughing that i am a chemistry major, (in fact any sec/jc/poly science student can tel you this), water is water, water's chemical structure is H2O,
THER IS NO SUCH THING AS A SMALLER WATER MOLECULE, THEY ARE OF THE SAME SIZE IDIOT.
She tried to get some senior over to talk to me, Nah, I tried to come up with an excuse and left. No point wasting my time.
And damn it, i took a sip of that weird, obnoxious water. I am though interested in what is exactly in there, is it hazardous to humans really.
Companies should really not try to sell products (nvm if they are overpriced) that are not clinically proven to the public, in contrary if there are side effects then it is a total debacle. In this i mean products that havent went through clinical trial - go google it if you dont understand it, before any VE grp supporters tries to refute me. Health product wise, speaking from the scientific world, they have never received as much credidentals as comapared to illiness-treating drugs (and by drugs, they even take more that 8 years to clear all clinical trails before being certified by FSA to be safe for patients). Self proclaiming wonder health poducts are often non-malicious things: stuffs that perhaps, wont kill anyone, but also has no significant help to health, so they dont get into trouble with the law.

let's just say everyone has their own point of view.. u are not wrong for fighting for your beliefs but that does not mean the writers are wrong either.. since u seem to be from VE so just take a perspective from there, have an open mind..
the first post of this blog has already stated that there'll be people that would flame this post since bullet-proofing have already been done (i must say VE does a very good job on bullet-proofing - i've done that one too many times before too)

i really don't get ur arguement actually because even if a new person hit ME and total sales cash is ONLY $8244, it is already more than the $5000 used to create the seminar.. and the seminar is only done four times and at most twice at conrad or now if i not wrong going to be some NTUC place.. and between all the seminars, do u really think only 1 person is going to hit ME position..? hmm, food for thought..
okok, u are most prob goin to argue where is my credibility.. for one, i really want to know whose the creator of this blog too actually cause i was a manager in VE before i left.. i'm still now friends with those i met in VE and those that are still in there.. i dont go ard flamming VE since i prefer standing on neutral terms but had to post now to stand up for the writer of this blog against a flammer like u who goes alittle overboard i feel..
feel free to reply me back with all the passion i see from u.. i really hoped u would have use this passion in something more valuable though..

However, what I'm picking on, or "flaming" are the misleading claims that the author creates.
There is a psychology difference between $10,000 and $9,999.
That's why there are items priced at $15.99 in the past as such.
It's to give the feeling of it being cheaper and there's change if I give $16 for example.
And, the sales cash is indeed, $8, 244.
However, I've not deducted retail profits for the agent, the series of uplines, contribution that the sales make to incentives.
What I was driving at really, was the difference claimed between that five and four figure.
And I'd still want the author to stand up for himself.
If he can make such claims supported by evidence, I'll accept it.
However, I'll pick out anything that's NOT supported by what I see in ve. Only when I'm bored.

with regards to your $8,244 calculation to ME, let me tell you that 2 queen + 1 single is a reduced quota.
during our times, the quota is 5,400pv. at that time, there is no LV calculation, only PV. you wont know because you haven't join yet. i think you know that 5,400pv easily cost more than $10,000 to buy. =)
btw, do you know how the 3 associate managers got their positions? NOT by the systems, but through re-structuring all their downlines so that they will auto become AM.

ReplyDeleteya i agree dont jump to conclusion, maybe you should start from today note down(chart) everyday, everything how much u spent on( food, transport, coffee seission and buy up(tt venture era buy product)) and of course how much u earn every close sales. then u will see are u the stupid person that laugh at NUS student or u are too stupid laugh at urself. the chart will show you clearing u are fit to mock nus student or still in dream land.
